INTERCONTINENTAL HOTELS GROUP (IHG)        2/2016 – Present

Product Manager, Commission Services – As part of the commission services product team, responsible for performing critical functions associated with the Commission Services applications which provide globally centralized commission, fee, and tax billing and payment processes across IHG hotels and travel consultants.  This includes rules administration, data management, scheduled and ad hoc reporting, and application change management.  Provide tier 1 and 2 support of the IHG Commission Services applications.  Monitor, analyze, document, maintain, and resolve problems regarding the applications and their integration across the enterprise.  Escalation of incidents and problems to IHG Global Technology teams and other external level 3 support organizations as required. Tools include PeopleSoft, Teradata, Tableau, custom IBM incident tracking, SharePoint, Teams, Oracle Business Intelligence (OBI).

COX COMMUNICATIONS (Contractor – zerochaos)       2/2015 – 12/2015

Senior Project Manager – Manage projects in the Cox Homelife Group, primarily the development and implementation of the product Continuous Video Recording (CVR) as an add-on to the existing home security offerings.  Manage the project activities of teams ranging from vendor developers to internal engineers, sales, marketing, technology, legal, supply chain, customer experience, training, reporting, and finance.  Work with QA team to insure all test cases are run successfully.  Run weekly project team meetings, vendor team meetings, prepare status updates on a regular basis and for different audiences.  Successfully introduced the CVR product to markets nationally in early November.  Monitor for take rates among existing and new customers and track call in volumes to customer care.

Senior Project Manager Project manager for multiple projects related to implementing the new Cox Wireless cellular service offering.  Projects include system integration efforts to create a combined wireless/legacy invoice, design and implementation of accurate GL data flows across systems to financial reporting tools, working with both active (real-time) and offline mediation tools to implement mediation processes for voice, data, SMS/MMS, and content, contribute to defining the process for collection of detailed data on new product offerings for populating in the product catalog for provisioning and billing.  Work also includes implementing Control-M job automation for new billing jobs, writing documentation for production operations teams, managing the billing report design and development effort.  Significant experience working with multiple Oracle products including Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM), Oracle Siebel CRM, Oracle Application Integration Architecture (AIA), Oracle Communications Services Gateway (OCSG), and Oracle SQL Developer.  Also working extensively with Telcordia SCP and Converged Application Server (CvAS) shared MVNO platform, a custom Intec offline mediation platform, a legacy Convergys billing system, and Qualcomm BREW for content transactions.  Manage the process for deployment of new Web Services from development through production, work with multiple ticketing systems including Remedy, JIRA, and homegrown systems.
