TED Circles

This page is for posting general information and the time, date, topic, and meeting link for upcoming TED Circles hosted by David Geiger. The schedule for the meetings in 2021 is every other Thursday from 3:30PM – 5:00PM Eastern Time in the US.

General Information about TED Circles: TED Circles is an open platform of small groups that meet for conversations about ideas. It’s a new TED initiative and I’m volunteering to invite friends, neighbors, strangers, or a mix – many who’ve never attended TED or TEDx events – to discuss a variety of interesting topics. You can learn more on this webpage and in this animated video. TED Circles are not recorded and no one else watches our conversation. The way it works is that together we watch a TED talk for the first 10-15 minutes and then have a discussion for the remaining time. I will try my best to end right at 90 minutes, but if you need to droppoff earlier you can always feel free to do so. There is no cost and I do not get paid anything – I am a TED Circles volunteer.
